Recorded cottage food cap for Missouri: No revenue cap.
Recorded cap notes: No revenue cap (removed in 2022)
Missouri has no revenue cap (removed in 2022 by HB 1697, which also added online sales). No license, permit, or inspection required. In-state online sales and shipping/delivery are allowed when both producer and purchaser are in Missouri (no interstate; direct-to-consumer only). However, the permitted food list is VERY narrow: only baked goods, canned jams/jellies, and dried herbs/herb mixes. 'No Sugar Added,' 'Sugar Free,' and hot pepper jams/jellies are prohibited.
